How do I edit question details/attributes?

Editing question details/attributes

1. Click on the question you want to edit
2. In the pop up window you can edit the following attributes for each question:
   • Guidance: Enter question guidance in the guidance field, or attach a guidance image or document
   • Requires action on first fail: Select this option if you want an action to be triggered any time this question is answered negatively
   • Require comment on N/A: Select this option to require inspectors to provide a comment if they answer this question as ’N/A’.
   • Block N/A answer: Select this option if you don’t want N/A to be listed as an answer option for this question
   • Tags: Tag this question using the themes assigned for your organisation.
   • Show if question: This question will only be displayed if the selected question is answered in a certain way
   • Show if answer: This question will only be displayed if the selected answer options are given for the above question
   • Answer Choices:
     • Text
     • Score
     • Requires Comment
     • Requires Photo
3. Your changes will be automatically saved when you close the pop-up window
