From the 1st of December 2025, you'll see a new design of the Web Portal Homepage. We have moved away from the top-navigation menu to a cleaner, more spacious Left Sidebar layout.
This change gives you more room to work and makes it faster to find the tools you use every day. While it looks different, all your data and historical inspections are exactly where you left them.
Whilst we encourage you to explore the new layout, here is a quick tour of the changes...
Main navigation now lives in the sidebar
Previously, you accessed your menu options from the top of the screen. Now, everything is located in the Left Sidebar. This menu stays with you as you work, making it easier to jump between sections. You can always collapse it by clicking the small arrow to the right of the Tendable logo, giving you more space.
Home: Takes you back to the main dashboard.
Inspection Drafts: Quickly access draft inspections started by you and your colleagues inspections in progress.
Analytics: You can access your performance and audit results through the Tendable analytics.
Actions: If Actions are enabled for your organisation, you can now access them via the left menu.
Reporting: This now lives in the sidebar for quicker access to your individual inspection reports and monthly reports.
Admin Portal: For our Tendable Leads, you'll see that Inspection Management and User Management now live within the collapsable element. Where previously this would open in a new tab, we have now unified the experience so you can operate within one active space.
Help Centre & Knowledge Base: we have added a dedicated Help Center button at the very bottom of the left sidebar. You can click this anytime to find FAQs, tips, and tricks.
Top navigation elements
While the main menu has moved to the left, your essential controls remain at the top right of the screen for easy access.
- Start New Inspection: In the same location as before, but we've made this clearer.
- Notifications: The bell icon remains your hub for important alerts and updates.
- Profile & Settings: Click your photo (avatar) in the far right corner to access your account settings or to log out.
