Web: Your home screen explained

Welcome to the Web Portal

Once you have successfully logged in to the Web Portal, you'll land on the home page. The numbered sections from the image are explained beneath.

1. Click here to access your analytics dashboards.
2. Click here to access a list of actions across your organisation.
3. Click the bell icon to see your notifications. The number of new notifications will be shown in an icon overlay.
4. Click the profile icon to change your profile settings (profile photo, phone number, etc), team in charge, and password. You can also log out here.
5. Click the 'more' icon to view various PDF reports and EULA.
6. Click here to access the Knowledge Base (which you're currently reading)
7. Click 'View' to see a list of all overdue actions for areas of which you are part of the team in charge.
8. This shows you the number of areas of which you are a member of the team in charge. Click it to edit your team in charge settings.
9. Click to see a list of all open actions for areas of which you are part of the team in charge.
