This article describes which endpoints can be used for common types of business intelligence reports.

Reports

• Number of reports completed by area, division, inspector or inspection type
• Average scores
• Trends in number of reports and average scores

Actions

• Number of actions opened, closed and in progress over time
• Number of currently pending actions broken down by location or assignee

Deadlines

Deadlines define when an inspection is scheduled to be completed. Once an inspection is completed that matches the area and inspection type for the deadline, it is marked as met. After the deadline time has passed, if an inspection has not been complete, the deadlines is considered missed.

• Proportion of scheduled inspections completed by area or inspection type
• Number of scheduled inspections

Answers

• Number of answers to a specific question
• Average score for a specific question

Note: it is often simpler to retrieve the answers directly from the reports object, as the answer details are nested in this endpoint rather than retrieve the answers separately.
