App: My Areas

Navigating My Areas

The My Areas page shows you an overview of a single inspection type across your selected areas in your organisation. This is informed by the Filter by settings which you'll see throughout the app.

  1. Set your Filter by settings
  2. Tap My Areas on the home screen
  3. Make a selection on the Select Inspection Type screen


You will now see tiles representing each area and a line graph below each tile. You can sort these in alphabetical order, by most recently reviewed and by highest score. You can also adjust the areas you can see by tapping the settings icon.


You can scroll through the tiles by swiping left or right to view the following information for the different areas:

  • The score and date of the most recent inspection. Red tiles means that the inspection score was below 70%, amber tiles mean that the inspection score was between 70% – 89%, and Green tiles mean that the inspection score was above 90%.
  • The line graph displays the date and score of the 10 previous inspections of this kind in your chosen area. Tap the graph to see a list of your historical reports.
  • You may also see a bell icon on the top right of your tile. This means that notifications have been set up for this area.
  • Tap the area tile to see its Area overview.
  • Tap View latest inspection to see the latest inspection report for the selected area.
