Users can create a custom dashboard tailored to their reporting needs. Once this has been finalised, it can be shared with the whole organisation. Existing custom dashboards can also be shared in the same way.
Sharing a dashboard during its creation:
- Press the Create Dashboard button and at the bottom of the pop-up, switch the Shared with organisation toggle to the right to enable dashboard sharing.
- Click on the Create button and then the dashboard will be added to the Shared Dashboards list.
Sharing an existing dashboard:
- To the right of your custom dashboard, click on the three dots and then on the Edit Dashboard dropdown option. At the bottom of the pop-up, switch the Shared with organisation toggle to the right to enable dashboard sharing.
- Click on the Save button and then the dashboard will be made available to all users in your organisation.
- In your view, the dashboard will be moved from the My Dashboards list to your Shared Dashboards list.
