How to add "Share Dashboards" permission for organisations with User Management

1. Navigate to the Admin Portal, then select User Management and go to Roles.
2. Choose an existing role or create a new one, enable the Share Dashboards permission by clicking on the relevant checkbox and click Save.
3. Next, go back to User Management, then select Users.
4. Click on your user profile, scroll down to the Key Roles section, and locate the role with the Share Dashboards permission.
5. Click Save to assign the role to your user account.
6. The role with the Share Dashboards permission is now successfully assigned to you.
   

If your organisation does not have User Management, Tendable support can assist you in enabling the correct permissions.

Note: Users in organisations without User Management won't see the Share Dashboards permission, as it doesn't exist for them.  Only those with the Organisation Admin role on SuperAdmin will have the ability to share a dashboard in these organisations.
