If you are trying to access the Tendable Knowledge Base and are experiencing login issues, it's important to note that the Knowledge Base Support portal login is separate from the Tendable login you use for inspections, analytics, and other platform functions.
NOTE: You do not have to log in to access the Knowledge Base articles. The sign up / login option is if you want to track support tickets that you send to us.

- Knowledge Base Support Portal Login: While no login is needed to access support articles and guides, creating a login for the Knowledge Base Support portal allows you to view and track any support tickets you have submitted to Tendable.
Why Are These Logins Separate?
The Knowledge Base Support portal is hosted on a different platform from Tendable’s main application. This means your Tendable credentials will not automatically work for the Knowledge Base. If you need to track your support tickets, you may need to create an account if you haven't already.

- Register for an Account: If you haven’t accessed the Knowledge Base before but need to track support tickets, you need to register for an account.
