How do I configure a question to trigger an action during an inspection?

Configuring a question to trigger an action

1. Click on the question you want to edit
2. In the pop up window, you'll see a Require action on first fail checkbox. This will prompt the inspector to create an action when this question is first answered negatively, as long as there isn’t an existing action against the question
3. Select the checkbox to enable this setting
4. Your changes will be saved when you click on the save button

Note: This option is only available for multiple choice and date question types when scoring is enabled.
