What does the 'Review Actions & Submit' button do?

Inspections with actions

As soon as an action has been added to an inspection, you will see the Review Actions & Submit button at the very bottom of your question set during an inspection. 

This takes you to a screen to review the actions you've raised during the inspection to make sure that they are detailed enough, to make changes and add further actions.

Once you are happy with your actions and inspection answers, you can tap Submit.

Inspections without actions

If there are no actions raised within your inspection, you will simply see the Submit Final Answers button.
