Action list
Once you've navigated to the actions screen from your home screen, you'll be presented with your list of actions per the default filters. You can adjust these via the panel on the left side of the screen.
Sorting your actions
When viewing the Actions list, you can click the column header to adjust how the list is sorted in the following ways:
- Action title: click to sort by alphabetical order or reverse alphabetical order of action titles.
- Date raised: click to sort your actions by most recently raised or least recently raised.
- Due date: click to sort your actions by most urgently due or the least urgent.
- Status: click to sort your actions by status - Not yet written first, In progress second, Completed third.
- Area: click to sort by alphabetical order or reverse alphabetical order of area names.
- Inspection type: click to sort by alphabetical order or reverse alphabetical order of inspection types.
- Question: click to sort by alphabetical order or reverse alphabetical order of questions.
Filtering your actions
The following filter options are available. Remember to click Apply which will return the filtered list.
Quick Filters
This provides a Team in Charge filter, which automatically selects those areas for which you are a member of the Team in Charge.
Status
This will add/remove actions from the list:
- Not Yet Written: actions which have been raised but not written up
- In Progress: actions which have been written up and need to be completed
- Completed: actions which have been completely filled out
- Archived: actions which, at some point in their lifecycle, have been marked as Archived
Area, site and inspection type
This will add/remove actions from the list based on your selection.
Assignment
This will add/remove actions from the list:
- Assigned to me: you have been assigned to the action
- Unassigned: this action is assigned to nobody
Date raised and due date
This will add/remove actions from the list based on the date range you select.
