Do I have to be connected to the internet while carrying out an inspection?

If you lose internet connectivity while you are carrying out your inspection, don’t worry, you will be able to continue your inspection.

Whenever you press either Save & continue later or Submit, your progress will be saved to your device. This means your inspection will be stored within the Drafts section of the app, and it will not be submitted until you have manually pressed the button to save the draft to the server when your phone is back online.
