What are the 'Overall impressions' and 'Other Observations' sections?

Modified on Tue, 28 Jan at 4:55 PM

Where to find these sections

At the very bottom of an inspection, you'll see two additional sections. These are an opportunity to provide more context to the inspection outside of the pre-defined questions.

Overall Impressions

This optional section allows you to give a summary of your impression of the area and inspection you just performed. You can add as much detail as you want, to record all the details you think are necessary or relevant to be added to the inspection report.

Other Observations

This field is also optional, but you can add as many observations as you like. This may be used to add additional evidence to questions above, or something entirely outside of the question set.

  1. Tap Add extra content
  2. Add your comment, photo or action.
  3. Tap Confirm and save
  4. In your inspection screen you will now see your comment, and icons indicating the type of evidence you've provided.
  5. You can tap on it to make edits, or delete the observation if you've changed your mind
