Completing Inspections within Shared Drafts

Modified on Tue, 25 Feb at 5:08 PM

When you start a new inspection, answering the questions will work in exactly the same way.

However, when you resume a draft, either started by yourself or somebody else, you will now see a timestamp beneath each answered question to show when and by whom it was most recently answered.

When answering any following questions, you will not see the latest timestamp until that draft is saved.

There is an optional overwriting feature which may or may not be enabled for your organisation:

  • Overwriting enabled: upon resuming a draft inspection, you can update the questions previously answered by other users
  • Overwriting disabled: upon resuming a draft inspection, you are unable to update the answer to any questions previously answered by other users. These answers will appear greyed out, and the following message will appear when you hover over the question.
