Drafts, explained

Modified on Tue, 25 Feb at 4:38 PM

We will run you through the Drafts flow from the Inspect section - this screen has a few new sections and features to navigate.

My Inspections

In this screen, you will see:

  1. all of the inspections that you have either initiated yourself, or
  2. any inspection that you have contributed towards by answering a question on a shared draft

You'll also see the option to toggle between Live and Expired drafts, though you should note that Expired drafts cannot be resumed.

Other Relevant Inspections

In this screen, you will see all other inspections that you have access to, but you haven't initiated or answered any questions.

You can resume any inspection from this screen, though we recommend using the filters to help you find what you're looking for. Alternatively, you can find all drafts grouped by Area and Inspection by following the New Inspection flow.

There is no option to view Expired drafts on this screen, as this data is less relevant for inspections you haven't participated in.

Sorting

On both My Inspections and Other Relevant Inspections views, the drafts are sorted in order of Last Updated, with the most recently updated appearing at the top of the list.

Filtering

Clicking the Filter button will open the side bar which operates similarly to Filters throughout Tendable. Here you can filter by the Inspection Type, Area and Review Type to help you find what you're looking for.
