Navigating Schedule Management

The Schedules Management tool empowers Quality Leads to independently manage audit, inspections and assessment deadlines, saving administrative time.

The benefits:

- Reduce administrative effort: Assign schedules in bulk instead of individually.

- Gain a clearer overview: Access a high-level program map for better planning.

- Stay flexible: Customize deadlines to fit your organisation's daily, monthly or quarterly audit frequencies.

Update: Choosing your first deadline

When you set up a new schedule, you can now choose the date of its first deadline, so your inspection programme starts exactly when you want it to.

After selecting how often the inspection should recur, use the First Deadline field to pick the start date.
Only dates that match your chosen recurrence are selectable, and past dates are unavailable.
The summary confirms it in full, for example: "Your first deadline will be on Monday, 9th January 2026."

Once the schedule is saved, the first deadline is fixed. To start on a different date, create a new schedule.
