Using dashboard bookmarks

Modified on Wed, 5 Mar at 11:18 AM

Dashboard bookmarks allow you to save a set of filters which you can reapply in the future. Bookmarks are unique to each dashboard and are only stored on your account.

Removing a bookmark

To remove a bookmark, click the cross button on the right hand side of the button.

Invalid bookmarks

Bookmarks are linked to a set of filters, so will become invalid if the filter structure on the dashboard changes. This may occur if you add or remove filters (using the Add/edit filters button) or if you change the content of charts on a dashboard.

If you try to apply an invalid bookmark, a popup message will appear in the bottom right corner. If this occurs, delete the bookmark and create a new one using the new filter structure.
