The sidebar

Here you will find all of the dashboards you have access to. At the top, you'll find the managed dashboards owned by Tendable, which are always visible to all users.

Below the managed dashboards, the My Dashboards section shows any custom dashboards that you have created from scratch.

Managed Dashboards

Managed dashboards are owned and maintained by Tendable. They have a preset configuration, including filters, layout, and charts. You can customise these dashboards by changing the charts, layouts, and filters to suit your needs. Any changes you make will only be reflected in your individual account and will not affect other users.

Overview

This dashboard is intended to give an overview of Tendable activity for the entire organisation. It is designed for central teams who need to analyse Tendable activity across the organisation. It includes details such as number of inspections completed, scores by area, completion by area, outstanding actions and top issues across the organisation.

Area

This dashboard is targeted at one or more areas, and gives more granular detail that may be relevant to a local manager.

My Inspections

This dashboard shows data about inspections that you have completed. It is designed for inspectors to see a summary of their activity on Tendable, and to see actions that they have created.

Themes

This dashboard shows performance by themes. It uses the tagging functionality in Tendable, and shows the average answer score associated with each tag.

CQC Readiness

This dashboard is a variant of the themes dashboard that is specifically targeted at CQC domains and quality statements, which are configured using tags. If your organisation has not set up CQC tagging you will not see data on this dashboard.

Resetting a Dashboard

If you want to revert a managed dashboard to its original state, simply click the reset icon in the top-right corner.
