Setting up your profile

Here you can see the information used when you registered for the Tendable app, or what was provided by your organisation when your account was created. You can view and edit your profile by completing the following steps:

  1. Tap More from the bottom tab bar
  2. Tap your name at the very top

From here, you can update any of the following parts - we recommend that you keep this fully completed and up-to-dat:

  • Your profile photo: Tap the circle containing your photo or initials to upload a new profile photo.
  • Organisation code: This is the organisation code you entered when you registered for the Tendable app. You cannot edit your organisation code.
  • First & Last name: Your name will appear on your profile and identify you to other users. You can edit your name if required.
  • Job Title: What you enter in this field allows other users in the app to understand your role.
  • Phone & mobile number: You are not required to fill in your contact number but can be useful if other users want to contact you.
  • Email Address: This is the email you will use to log in to the Tendable app. We will also send you a confirmation email once you have registered, and another once your registration has been approved. You can also configure your settings later to receive email alerts. This email is also visible on your profile to others in your organisation. You cannot edit your email address in the app.
  • Are you clinically trained? Toggle this option on if you are clinically trained, and off if you are not.
  • You can also change your password by tapping the Current Password section at the bottom.

Be sure to tap Confirm and Save once you've made any changes.
